Podcast Accelerator
We teamed up to help new podcasters find their voices and produce the best podcasts possible – without all the Googling and Imposter Syndrome muddying up the process.
Hey there! I’m Michelle Sorro,
A heart-centered Transformation Guide and host of the Fire and Soul podcast. As the founder of Live Video Mastery and co-founder of the Podcast Accelerator, I’ve helped thousands of brave and bright souls transform fear into courage and share their gifts with the world.
My clients include globally known celebrities and brands, Olympic athletes, a U.S. presidential candidate, and collaborations with peak performance pioneers such as Jack Canfield, Dave Asprey, and Tony Robbins.
Yet even I hesitated when faced with the prospect of creating my own podcast due to suffering from a severe case of imposter syndrome. I’m so grateful I didn’t give in to those limiting beliefs because 188+ episodes later, I can’t imagine what my life would look like without this extraordinary journey.
Though I’ll be honest – podcasting wasn’t a dream I ever had. My big dream was to be on TV (and I lived that dream for a decade), but everything changed when I attended a Date with Destiny seminar with Tony Robbins in 2017.
I woke up to knowing I was made for more… something deep in my soul felt the call to serve, to contribute, and make a deep lasting impact in this world. But I had no idea where or how to begin…
That’s when a friend encouraged me to start a podcast and six months later, Fire and Soul came to life. Hundreds of thousands of listeners, over 250 five-star reviews, and 6-figure biz collaborations with guests later, life has never been the same.
My podcast has led to a wildly successful coaching business and a deep sense of purpose but most importantly, it’s making the difference I hoped it would for many lives around the world. And for me, there’s nothing more fulfilling than that.
I’ve dedicated my life to helping others activate their full gifts to share with the world and today, it starts by making your podcast dreams come true, too.

G’day! I’m Ginni Saraswati,
It’s great to connect with you! I’m Ginni Saraswati, serial entrepreneur, podcaster and media production specialist. I’m a coffee enthusiast, love to stay active and am a die hard New York Knicks fan.
I was born in Sri Lanka and moved to Australia when I was just 2 years old which didn’t help my shyness. So much so, that I didn’t speak at all. It’s ironic that speaking is a heavy part of what I do for a living and a deep part of my passion.
My background is in radio where I was a part-time morning show host for a decade at Joy 94.9 FM. I truly wanted to be just behind the scenes but I was having far too much fun connecting with different people over the microphone.
When I first visited New York, I fell in love with the city’s energy, and the unusual synergies between arts, culture, and creativity. I was inspired to take a fresh look at my career. I loved everything about radio – the people, the creativity, the intimacy – but I also loved new media and tech. How could I unite these two passions?
Now, hosting the multi-award nominated podcast The Ginni Show, I’ve seen the impact of podcasting and audio media firsthand. It inspired me to create, Ginni Media, a leading podcast production house, where I am honored to work with incredible clients including Allure, Conde Nast, Architectural Digest, WIRED, and Siemens, and produce podcasts like The Farrynheight Podcast, Entreprenista, The Kinswomen. I look forward to meeting you through our bootcamp.
