If you’re hesitant to start a podcast, I would say you should do it.

“If you’re thinking about it, I always say if you’re thinking about it means it’s time to do it. You know that it’s in your consciousness, you’re having some impulse. And then what comes up for most people is all the reasons why not to. It’s time consuming. I don’t know what it costs. I don’t know how to do it. And, you know, all these limiting beliefs and thoughts emerge. And that’s usually when most of us shut down and don’t move forward. So if it’s in your thoughts, it’s coming up to be listened to. And I would say do it, it’s a lot of fun, and I’ve enjoyed doing it.”

Because the truth is… the podcasting movement has only just begun. Getting started now is the equivalent of investing in Apple circa 2009.

But more importantly, there are people out there who want and NEED what you have to say so whether you’re…

    Who is this we?

    Meet Ginni Saraswati

Hey there, I’m Ginni Saraswati! I was born in Sri Lanka, and raised in Australia, I now live in NYC, where I enjoy walking in my local neighborhood and trying new coffee shops and cheering on the New York Knicks at MSG!

I’m the owner and founder of Ginni Media, a podcasting production house providing multiple podcast services in one company. Through Ginni Media, I’ve been able to produce podcasts for Fortune 500 companies and leading brands like Siemens, Conde Nast and AAA, as well as provide tools for thousands of people creating and producing their own shows.

As the host of The Ginni Show, a multi-award-nominated podcast, I’ve had the chance to connect with influential people about their experiences across the globe. Guests have included Olympian Erin Mielzynski, Paula Abdul, Ruby Rose, fashion designer Cynthia Rowley, and more. The stories are exciting, inspirational, and tales about finding yourself through travel. Last year, I was honored to receive OUTstanding’s Top 100 LGBTQ+ Executives highlighting the continued commitment I have to elevating diverse voices through leadership and media.

    Producing for

    Hey there! I’m Michelle Sorro

Master Coach, Certified Canfield Trainer, and host of Fire and Soul, a top 1% podcast in self-development worldwide.

As the founder of Live Video Mastery and co-founder of the Podcast Accelerator, I’ve helped thousands of brave souls transform fear into courage so that they can share their gifts with the world.

My clients include globally known celebrities and brands, Olympic athletes, a U.S. presidential candidate, and collaborations with peak performance pioneers such as Jack Canfield, Dave Asprey, and Tony Robbins.

Yet even I hesitated when faced with the prospect of creating my own podcast due to suffering from a severe case of imposter syndrome. I’m so grateful I didn’t give in to the limiting beliefs that nearly held me back because 230+ episodes later, I can’t imagine what my life would look like without this extraordinary journey.

Though I’ll be honest – podcasting wasn’t a dream I ever had. My big dream was to be on TV (and I lived that dream for a decade), but everything changed when I attended a Date with Destiny seminar with Tony Robbins in 2017.

I woke up to knowing I was made for more… something deep in my soul felt the call to serve, to contribute, and make a deep lasting impact in this world. But I had no idea where or how to begin…

That’s when a friend encouraged me to start a podcast and six months later, Fire and Soul came to life. Hundreds of thousands of listeners, over 300+ five-star reviews, and 6-figure biz collaborations with guests later, life has never been the same.

My podcast has led to a wildly successful coaching business and a deep sense of purpose, but most importantly, it’s making the difference I hoped it would for many lives around the world. And for me, there’s nothing more fulfilling than that.

I’ve dedicated my life to helping others activate their gifts to share with the world and today, it starts by making your podcast dreams come true, too.

    The Unaplogetic Third Act

“The podcast came, unexpectedly. I’ve been working with Jack and he offered a masterclass with Ginni and Michelle. And I thought, Oh, I’m just going to learn about this. Anyway, eight weeks later, I had a podcast and when I when I applied for the TEDx talk, I was able to fit the theme of the TEDx which is the future is now. And so I’m really tying The Unapologetic Third Act in with that. This is the first TEDx that I applied for, and I was accepted to be one of six women who are speaking in April! ”

    One Last Thing...

If you’re wondering whether attending our podcast bootcamp is *REALLY* worth your time, here’s your answer.

We’ve heard it too many times to count, from talented beginners to established entrepreneurs, the old, “I’ll do it someday” excuse.

But “someday” is where dreams, good ideas, and easily attainable goals go to die.

And our honesty is what makes this bootcamp like no other.

Because the honest truth is a podcast is just an empty vessel. It’s your one-of-a-kind voice, vision, personality, and subject matter that give podcasting LIFE and demand that people notice.

And all of those things? They’re kind of intimidating, maybe even downright confronting. How do you stand out? Who do you want to reach? Why should perfect strangers listen to you?

The list of questions goes on and on, but what doesn’t is the limited amount of time you have on this planet to realize your dreams, push your limits, and RISE in your fully expressed power and potential.

Our promise to you: you’ll close your laptop when our podcast bootcamp ends with far fewer questions and a lot more clarity.

You’ll walk away with a proven plan that fits your business, your life, and your goals.

That, my friend, is better than any Netflix binge or Instagram blackhole your free time might otherwise go to.

    So are you with us?

Because we’re with you every step of the way.

We’re excited to see you inside our podcast bootcamp!

    Michelle & Ginni
